With over 15 years of experience in executive search, HR consulting, and leadership development across Africa and Europe, he has led numerous high-level assignments in talent identification, organizational transformation, and executive coaching. He is also a Strategic Partner at Innermetrix® Direct World and Senior Consultant for the France & MEA regions.
His keynote session, titled « The Innermetrix Psychometrics Framework: Optimizing Career Placement for Students and Precision Hiring for Recruiters, » will explore how psychometric tools can better connect individual potential with recruiters’ expectations, thereby enhancing the relevance of career orientation choices and the precision of recruitment decisions.
