Africa is a continent rich with young talent, driven by extraordinary energy and potential for innovation. Yet, many young leaders often struggle to find structured frameworks that allow them to develop their skills, showcase their ideas, and collaborate effectively across borders. To address this need, EPIK LEADERS is launching the Summer Academy, an intensive 7-day bootcamp designed to unlock and equip the next generation of African leaders.
This initiative complements the EPIK LEADERS « Innovation Tour » road show, offering a full immersion in transformational leadership, innovation, collaboration, and social impact.
Clear and Ambitious Objectives
The Summer Academy aims to equip young people with essential 21st-century skills such as leadership, soft skills, and innovation. It also emphasizes self-awareness through profiling and introspection tools. By bringing together participants from over 20 countries, the program fosters pan-African cooperation and stimulates creativity and entrepreneurship through challenges, workshops, and pitching sessions.
Beyond technical skills, the Academy seeks to create a lasting ripple effect within university clubs and local communities, contributing to a continental movement of engaged young leaders.
A Motivated and Committed Audience
The event will host 150 young leaders aged 18 to 30, from various African countries and the diaspora. Participants are selected for their strong commitment to community transformation or their high-impact projects, many of whom are already active members of EPIK LEADERS clubs.
An Intensive and Comprehensive Program
Held in an inspiring setting in Morocco, the Academy spans 7 days with more than 10 hours of activities daily. The program blends personal development, hands-on workshops, collaborative projects, inspiring talks, and immersive experiences.

- Coaching in transformational leadership and emotional intelligence,
- Design thinking and social innovation workshops,
- Talks by African leaders and experts,
- Team projects to prototype and pitch before a jury,
